MGM v. Grokster

So, as we know MGM v. Grokster is going to be heard by the Supreme Court this term. Quite obviously I hope Grokster wins, and I think this guy is going to help. Mark Cuban is going to help fund Grokster's case. Check out his blog for a very articulate explanation of the issue.
